Cline, deceased GREETINGS: YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 30th day of September, 2016, Plaintiff filed her Petition in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, whereby she seeks to establish her ownership as against each and every Defendant and all parties claiming by, through and under them, in and to the following described real property situated in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, to-wit: Beginning at a point on the North line of Section 12, Township 21 North, Range 14 East, Rogers County, Oklahoma, said point being 1200 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Section 12, Thence due East along the North line of said Section 12, a distance of 531.05 feet; thence S 007'45 W a distance of 1319.71 feet; thence N 8948'12 W a distance of 535.48 feet; thence N 003'45 E a distance of 1317.85 feet to the point of beginning containing 16.14 acres, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof.
