No. PB-2015-119 NOTICE OF HEARING FIRST AND FINAL ACCOUNT, PETITION FOR FIANL SETTLEMENT, DECREE OF HEIRSHIP, DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION UNDER WILL, AND FINAL DISCHARGE NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of DAISY BLANCHE EUBANKS, DECEASED, that ARNOLD RAY EUBANKS, JR., and CATHY SUE FRAYSER as the Co-Personal Representatives thereof have filed in said estate proceeding a First and Final Account of their administration thereof, together with their verified Petition for settlement of their accounts and approval of their First and Final Account, for a Decree Of Heirship, for a Decree Of Distribution Under The Will Of The Decedent, and for their Final Discharge, and that the hearing thereon has been set by a Judge of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, for the 17th day of October, 2016, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock a.m. of said day, in Courtroom of Division No. 1 of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in the County Courthouse thereof in the City of Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, when and where all persons interested in said matters may then and there appear and show cause if any they have why said First and Final Account should not be approved and settled, the heirs at the law of the decedent judicially determined and decreed of record, the remaining estate of the decedent distributed under and in accordance with the provisions of the Last Will and Testament of said decedent, and the Personal Representatives granted their Final Discharge; and you are hereby referred to the Last Will and Testament of said decedent and said Petition, all on file in this proceeding for the further particulars thereof.
