Condren NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL, FOR THE DETERMINATION OF IDENTITY OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES, AND WAIVER OF INVENTORY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Eugene Clarence Dalzell, Deceased, that there has been produced and filed in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument in writing purporting to be a true and correct copy of the Last Will and Testament of Eugene Clarence Dalzell, Deceased, with a Petition praying for the probate of said Will and that Letters Testamentary be issued to Terri Ilene Marshall, that the identities of the heirs-at-law, devisees, and legatees of Eugene Clarence Dalzell, Deceased, be determined, and that the filing of an inventory be waived. NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that the 15th day of August, 2016, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock a.m., has been appointed as the time for hearing said Petition and proving said Will before the Judge of the District Court, in District Courtroom Division I, Fourth Floor Rogers County Courthouse, in said County and State, when and where all persons interested in said Estate may appear and contest the same.
