No. PB-2015-108 NOTICE OF HEARING FIRST AND FINAL ACCOUNT, PETITION FOR FINAL SETTLEMENT, DECREE OF HEIRSHIP, DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION UNDER WILL, AND FINAL DISCHARGE NOTICE is hereby given to all persons interested in the Estate of BILLY D. LEOPARD, DECEASED, that BETTIE K. FRAZIER as the Personal Representative thereof has filed in said estate proceeding a Summary First and Final Account of her administration thereof, together with her verified Petition for settlement of her accounts and approval of her First and Final Account, for a Decree Of Heirship, for a Decree Of Distribution Under The Will Of The Decedent, and for her Final Discharge, and that the hearing thereon has been set by a Judge of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, for the 11 day of July, 2016, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock a.m. of said day, in Courtroom of Division No. 1 of the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in the County Courthouse at 200 S.
