GEORGE HENRY SNYDER; JANICE MARIE SNYDER; JOHN DOE, OCCUPANT; BANCFIRST; AND PROSPERITY BANK F/K/A COPPERMARK CARD SERVICES, INC. F/K/A GUARANTY CREDIT CARD, INC. D/B/A BANKERS CREDIT CARD SERVICE Defendant(s) Case No. CJ-2016-78 NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE NOTICE IS GIVEN to George Henry Snyder; Janice Marie Snyder; John Doe, Occupant; BancFirst; Prosperity Bank f/k/a Coppermark Card Services, Inc. f/k/a Guaranty Credit Card, Inc. d/b/a Bankers Credit Card Service that on July 7, 2016, at 10:00 o'clock, a.m., in the Commissioner's meeting room on the first floor of the Rogers County Courthouse in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma, the Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell for cash at public auction to the highest and best bidder, with appraisement, all that certain real estate in Rogers County, Oklahoma, to wit: LOT 11 IN BLOCK 6 OF BERT HALL ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF CLAREMORE, ROGERS COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1408 Danny Street, Claremore, OK 74017 subject to taxes and tax sales, said property being duly appraised at $94,000.00. Sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Sale issued upon a judgment entered in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2016-78, wherein New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is Plaintiff and George Henry Snyder and Janice Marie Snyder is/are Defendant(s) to satisfy said judgment in the sum of $74,221.33 together with interest at 7.375% per annum from January 1, 2015, including late charges, $2,500.00 for attorney's fee, $440.00 advances for title search, taxes, insurance, property preservation and all costs of this action accrued and accruing. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid.
