TAKE NOTICE that the Plaintiffs, BRYAN SCOT BRADLEY and MELISSA BRADLEY, husband and wife, have filed their Petition to Reform Deed and to Quiet Title to the following real property and premises, to-wit: A tract of land containing a part of the NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 34, Township 21 North, Range 15 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, said tract being further described as follows: Beginning at a point S. 0019'27 W., a distance of 825.35 feet from the Northwest corner of said Section 34; thence S 8953'07 E a distance of 264.00 feet; thence S. 019'27 W a distance of 165.07 feet; thence N. 8953'07 W. a distance of 264.00 feet to the West line of said NW1/4 of the NW1/4; thence N. 0019'27 E. a distance of 165.07 feet to the Point of Beginning; against NANCY L. STIRMAN, JIMMY NEAL ROBERTS, KATHE SUSAN ARTHUR, JANA BETH SUMNER now SLATTON, and the unknown successors of BETTY CARL WAGONER, deceased TAKE NOTICE that you and all other persons interested in the above described real property and premises must answer the Petition of the Plaintiffs on file in this case on or before the 11th day of July, 2016, or the allegations of the Petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered against you; Reforming or cancelling the deed as prayed for in the Petition; and, quieting the title of the above described real property and premises in and to BRYAN SCOT BRADLEY and MELISSA BRADLEY, husband and wife as joint tenants with the right of survivorship, against you and each of you; and, Decreeing that none of the Defendants to this action have any right, title or interest in or with respect to said property or any part thereof, and perpetually barring, restraining and enjoining said Defendants and all other persons claiming by or through them, or any one of them from ever making or asserting or attempting to make or assert any claim of right, title or interest in or to said property or any part thereof.
