LOFFI a/k/a CODY WILLIAM LOFFI and JACQUELYN P. LOFFI a/k/a JACQUELYN PAULINE LOFFI, and, to the Public. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued out of the office of the Court Clerk in and for Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, on the 2nd day of May, 2016, in an action where GERALD J. CLARK, was Plaintiff; and CODY W. LOFFI a/k/a CODY WILLIAM LOFFI and JACQUELYN P. LOFFI a/k/a JACQUELYN PAULINE LOFFI; were Defendants, commanding me to levy upon the property of the Defendants, CODY W. LOFFI a/k/a CODY WILLIAM LOFFI and JACQUELYN P. LOFFI a/k/a JACQUELYN PAULINE LOFFI; sufficient to satisfy a judgment rendered in said action in favor of GERALD J. CLARK, in the amount of $79,764.31, together with interest from the 20th day of January, 2015, at the rate of 8% per annum until paid in full, insurance and real estate taxes, abstracting expense incurred by Plaintiff, preservation expenses; and a reasonable attorneys fee as provided for in said note and mortgage and all costs of this action; abstracting in the amount of $450.00, reasonable attorney fees in the amount of $2,500.00, and judgment for the costs of the action accrued or accruing. I have levied upon certain lands and tenements belonging to said Defendants, not exempt from sale under execution, and securing said sums, to-wit: Lot 8 in FOYIL MEADOWS II, an addition to Rogers County, Oklahoma according to the recorded Plat thereof, being a part of the NE1/4 of NE1/4 of SW1/4 of Section 32, Township 23 North, Range 17 East of the I.B.&M.; including a 2001 Palm Harbor Mobile Home with VIN#PH0515615AB; and, Rural Water District benefit unit and water tap;. all situate in Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, and have duly caused said lands, tenements and appurtenances to be appraised according to law at $89,000.00. NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that pursuant to the commands of said writ, I will offer for sale for cash to the highest bidder, said lands, tenements and appurtenances or so much thereof as will satisfy said judgment and costs on the 16 day of June, 2016 at 10:00 o'clock a.m. of said day, at the Commissioners Meeting Room, Rogers County Courthouse, Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma.
