Public Notice PUBLISHED IN THE CLAREMORE DAILY PROGRESS, CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA, MAY 20, 2016. Pursuant to Title 19, O.S. Section 866. 1 to 866.36 a public hearing will be held by the City of Claremore-Rogers County Metropolitan Area Planning Commission on TUESDAY, JUNE 21, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. in the Claremore City Hall Complex, 104 South Muskogee, Claremore, Oklahoma to hear the application of KYLE HRDLICKA, APPLICANT to rezone the following described property, to-wit: LEGAL: A tract of land containing a part of Lot 1 in Section 3, Township 20 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence S. 00š15'24” E., along the East line thereof, a distance of 841.36 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence S 89š35'11” W. and parallel to the South line of said Lot 1, a distance of 602.00 feet; thence N 80š18'44” W. a distance of 114.65 feet; thence N. 89š59'54” W. a distance of 605.53 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 1; thence S. 00š14'15” E. along said West line a distance of 444.50 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence N. 89š35'11” E., along the South line thereof, a distance of 1320.61 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence N. 00š15'24” W. a distance of 420.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; ADDRESS: 25104 S. 4170 Rd., Claremore, Okla The Present zoning is I-3.
