NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Sale issued November 16, 2015, the United States Marshal for the Northern District of Oklahoma has been directed to levy upon and sell with appraisement the following described property located at 14403 East Hackamore Road, Claremore, Oklahoma 74019: Lot 32 in Block 2 of MEADOWRANCH II AMENDED, a Subdivision in Section 2, Township 20 North, Range 16 East of the I.B.&M., Rogers County, Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof. to satisfy a judgment and decree of foreclosure in favor of the Plaintiff and against Defendants, Mary S. Rush, entered by the Court on October 29, 2015, for the principal sum of $106,796.34, plus unpaid fee advances in the amount of $3,276.35, plus accrued interest in the amount of $7,212.43 as of March 5, 2015, plus interest accruing thereafter at the rate of 5.0 percent per annum or $14.63 per day until judgment, plus post judgment interest thereafter at the legal rate of .23 percent per annum until fully paid, and the subsidy in the amount of $12,055.68, plus interest on that sum at the legal rate of .23 percent per annum from judgment until fully paid, plus the costs of this action in the amount of $114.00 ($99.00 fees for service of Summons and Complaint, $15.00 fee for recording Notice of Lis Pendens), plus any additional sums advanced or to be advanced or expended during this foreclosure action by the Plaintiff for taxes, insurance, abstracting, or sums for the preservation of the subject property, including the costs of this action and any other advances.
