Case No. FA-2015-23 SECOND ALIAS NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION FOR ADOPTION AND APPLICATION FOR WAIVER OF INTERLOCUTORY DECREE THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: JAMES DOUGLAS JONES, Putative Natural Father YOU ARE HEREBY notified that Jeremy Keith Rowland and Alexandria Leanne Rowland, Husband and Wife, have filed their Petition in the District Court of Rogers County, Oklahoma, for the adoption of KARISSA LEANNE JONES, as to whom you are alleged to be the putative natural father. There has been filed an Application for Waiver of the entry of an Interlocutory Decree prior to the entry of a final Decree of Adoption. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED and it is hereby Ordered that this Court will hear the evidence in support of and in opposition to the granting of said Petition for Adoption and Application for Waiver of Interlocutory Decree for on the 9th day of May, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. at the Rogers County Courthouse, 200 South Lynn Riggs Boulevard, Claremore, Oklahoma, 74017, before the undersigned Judge of the District Court. If you have any cause to show why the above mentioned Petition for Adoption and Application to Waive Interlocutory Decree should not be granted you should appear and present the same at the above stated time and place. Failure to appear at the hearing shall constitute a denial of interest in the Minor Child which may result, without further notice of this proceeding or any subsequent proceeding, in the granting of the Petition for Adoption and Application to Waive Interlocutory Decree.
